Undertrack drive concepts

If a dry shaft exists, the undertrack drive can be accommodated in the dry shaft. For all other cases the recommendation is the motor in the winding shaft.

Roll-up systems undertrack drive concepts

Undertrack roll-up systems can in principle be designed in two drive variants.

Where planning is carried out early or where there already is a dry shaft the drive can be fitted in the dry shaft, In this the motor is housed in a separate dry shaft next to the winding shaft. Power transmission takes place via a sealed shaft exit through the pool wall. The advantage of this lies in the easy maintenance of the design: The pool water does not have to be drained off for maintenance purposes, maintenance thus takes place with little effort.

The solution with the tubular motor is ideal for fitting situations in which there is no dry shaft or bypass, such as e.g. polyester pools or where retrofitting in an existing pool is carried out. Fitting here is carried out with little outlay, the pool width is sufficient for assembly.
