In order to guarantee you really lasting pleasure from your pool cover together with a perfect insulating effect, we manufacture it with a special superstructure.
It is manufactured as a triple layer laminated film with an extra tear resistant, fabric reinforced cover film made from special UV-resistant material. The middle zone is made of closed cell insulating foam, the insulating effect of this and the resistance is reinforced by thousands of little pyramids on the bottom of the film. The bottom layer is formed by a polyethylene film that is resistant to abrasion, it acts as a vapour barrier and at the same time protects the insulating foam from damage.
The construction with a cover and bottom layer makes the film resistant against chemicals and attack from microbes.

Our energy saving film covers are available in light blue and white.
